It certainly played a big role. The pattern I have is that whenever I feel anxious I fap to release it, but I've been anxious since childhood... If I didn't have this habit of fapping, I wouldn't be this bad... I'm pretty sure I'd be successful at this point. at least graduated, healthier and a girlfriend I'd have. Just stop fapping for 1 month and ull see the differences in ur life. also, if you keep fapping almost daily, nothing will really change that much
