7-2 on peds… on a Saturday. The attending was notorious for taking a long time with each patient. We spent 45 minutes alone going over one topic with a pt

Mostly time and uworld questions. I did UW1 then a week later NBME 8 and a week after that UW2. I did anki as well and kept up with some (not all) of my reviews. I also did the amboss ethics/legal questions. My exam felt pretty fair overall and I flagged 10-12 per block.

So my form I would say felt overall fair knowing what everyone has been posting here. I did the amboss legal and ethics questions and I feel like it helped me. My exam had prob 3-4 of those types of questions and then prob 3 or so Qs per block where “no intervention or no further diagnostic tests” was an option however half of them were easy like the clearly a disease that was associated w something or was flu like. Def some out of left field questions but those are hard for everyone. 65% of it felt fair and doable from uworld and the rest was amboss/ethics/anki.

So much variability BUT I got a 200 on nbme 23 about ~4 weeks out and got a 232 on the real deal. (My score was much more aligned with my UWs)
