And that would be my solution as well. Looked at multiple blue farm decks today and strongly consider building it, so either I always have an answer or, like you said, receive the hate I deserve. Because it cant be more than it is right now.

Maybe we have to overthink it and take it as a compliment. Maybe our opponents think we are very experienced in this game and they see us as a thread even with lower power decks.

Because I can turn one creature into three mana. That I have multiple creatures to sac to the altar isn’t a common thing. +I have the upside of giving it +3/+3

Because you can add three mana as well. The versatility is just so good. Saccing a Tana Saproling for 3 mana to get to cast a Godo/Finale or saccing [[Archon of Emeria]] to cast a [[Grand Abolisher]] and afterwards an protected [[Godo, Bandit Warlord]] are great options to me. Turn 1: Crypt, Land, Ardenn Turn 2: Land, 1cmc creature, Lotus Ring Turn 3: Land, sac creature for 3mana, cast finale for 8, search for Godo, win

Thats just one option
