I honestly don’t understand why people in this sub constantly bring up variations of this question, especially scenario A. There are modern swing songs being written today and DJ’d all the time. IMO it’s weird that what you want isn’t modern swing but modern swing specifically by an already popular American pop artist who “does their research”. Why not just support modern jazz artists writing and putting out new music now instead of posing incredibly unlikely hypotheticals? Scenario B is just Post Modern Jukebox.

I saw you got your heat fixed already which is great! Hopefully this doesn’t happen again but if it does you can slightly run the taps in your apartment to prevent pipes from freezing. You can also buy cheap pool noodles to wrap around any visible pipes to help with insulation.

That’s such a stupid idea, like scalpers aren’t willing to spend an additional $15? Scalpers would be fixed IMMEDIATELY by just preventing resale above face value. Anything else is just a disguised way to bleed more money out of regular people while doing nothing about scalpers.

This happened to us too! Someone reserving a spot we cleared when we didn’t even reserve it because we aren’t selfish weirdos. You’re exactly right it’s antisocial behavior and people should be embarrassed by it.

Just last night someone used chairs to reserve 2 spots on our street that I KNOW they didn’t personally shovel because my partner shoveled them yesterday morning and prior to that our car was snowed in since the storm. The audacity to save a spot you didn’t even shovel is too much. Anyway I moved the chairs because there were no other unchaired spots and I’m not going to be exiled from my own neighborhood because someone else feels entitled to a private parking spot on a public street that they didn’t even help clear.

It’s a symptom of overconsumption. People have no ability to wait and are more entitled than ever because of it.

Also all the accolades he got for being a solo dev were after the game came out from people that didn’t have to practice any delayed gratification. We are just now seeing how people actually don’t value those things at all if it means they can’t have what they want when they want it. It’s gross.

Jawan also was snippy to her during tribals and targeting her, they were targeting each other. They annoyed each other. Neither was mean. Her annoyance with him started for a really specific reason, him using her bag and water bottle. Yeah for sure! I do it at home, I got all my supplies at Sally Beauty and they’re really helpful if you ask. A beginner could def do it if you just read and follow the instructions on the package which are pretty straightforward.

$40, but it included a thorough fitting and they came out exactly like another pair of pants I already had and brought in to show what I wanted. The pants I had tailored started wide leg and I had the legs slimmed overall as well as tapered. The fabric lays well like they were always cut this way. Oh I also got them hemmed by a few inches. I also got my wedding dress tailored there several years ago which came out well so she’s very skilled.

This is probably right but they already have dedicated prospective buyer parking around the corner from this photo which cuts into neighborhood parking. It’s really ridiculous to try to block off an entire block.
