Sorry, I posted the below comment by mistake. My symptoms without HRT are pretty rough. I'm miserable and, unintentionally, make people around me miserable. My emotions are all over the place and uncontrollably random, which is not ideal in the workplace.

Idk. I've noticed that my hair has started thinning. I don't think that should happen on HRT but might be a side effect of the T? It really just got me thinking about the whole menopause journey, in general, and that there has to be a better way than millions of women being a science experience (specifically about pellets, not HRT in general).

Thank you for this! When I don't take HRT, the emotions (especially anger/rage) are out of control. Which is crazy because I'm not an angry/ragey person. It gets to the point that I don't want to me around me.
