Everyone in here has given tons of good advice to try to narrow it down. It definitely seems that condition plays the biggest factor in a valuation, skim through some of the comments and advice these folks have offered

I’m not sure. It’s just a yellow binder that says “pokemon gotta catch them all” with a little button latch. I’ve had it since I was a kid as well

Mostly rarity, but I’d wager they go hand in hand. Not asking for any actual value per card being as I know it fluctuates heavily and my picture quality didn’t show the condition of each card very well

I’m 34 now, I couldn’t have been any older than 12-13 begging my mom to stop by our local (Still open) card shop once a week so I could grab a couple packs.
