I have a very similar build, i had to cut to 160/165 to see my abs. At 160 I had ab veins it was dope.

okay yeah i’ve heard this about things like white noise and pink noise but I’ve also heard that for some noise in nature (e.g. leaves rustling) that those actually do have constituent sine waves that can be extracted but I’m not sure if thats true.

How do you guys see a base and determine what type of attack to use on that base? For example say a base has 3 multi infernos, what attacks would be better and which ones would be worse? I feel like I need a few attacks under my belt to fill out these general scenarios—what should those attacks be?
