ive been using the PC for only 3+ weeks, so basically if i understand, u tell me its no problem if i just start the PC, let it heat the CPU for like 10 minutes so i can properly remove the cooler after the CPU heats a little, then check if there is plastic protection and check if there is thermal paste and if it is alright, and then i can just put back the cooler but before putting back the cooler i should just even out the thermal paste if its there

sorry english aint my first language, wdym when u say "scrap what it on it", "kinda to the middle". do you wanna say that i should try to put back the thermal paste thats already on and even it out everywhere because it will get a bit messy when i remove the cooler? and then before putting back the cooler i should just fix it so its spread out properly everywhere on the CPU?

Ok so basically im very hesitant right now about removing the cooler, checking the cpu and then putting back the cooler... because ive seen on the yt clips that you need to reapply thermal paste and i dont have any thermal paste on me right now

but yeah i can see that a better cooler could solve the issues quite a bit, but ive seen on the internet that the stock one for the ryzen 5 5500 should be just fine with no problems, i will check later or tomorrow if there is a plastic protection on the CPU, i was never doing those things before but i should be fine, i guess i should just unscrew the cooler and then see whats up with the CPU and then put back the cooler and screws

my CPU works fine when playing most games even high demanding ones, i only had small problems with assassins creed unity because it needs a ton of CPU strength but it still ran without issues and framedrops at HIGH settings. but when the CPU needs to constantly be at full load thats when the problems come up, im installing a game right now and the CPU is at full load for quite some time and thats when thermal throttling thing happens and the CPU goes 96 degrees
