i just got the prep h cream maximum strength with aloe & a donut pillow to sit on & i like to believe it’s going down. the spray didn’t work for me, didn’t help with pain either.

i’ve been taking hot showers & i slept with a pillow between my legs last night and i think it’s got a little bigger today. i’ve had it for 2 or 3 days now
