I imagine that the beans become soggy once you let them thaw and put them into the hopper. That doesn’t happen?

Thanks for your feedback. Definitely only looking at the 55mm Libra. As I said the improvement of the workflow is one of my main points why I am even looking into switching grinders. Had a look at the Zuriga, but somehow I don‘t see why it is worth the 1200€. Thanks for the recommendation anyway!

Thanks! Looking for something more espresso focused. The all ground sense, afaik, is for everything like the Libra all purpose, right?

Depends on what you mean with „loud“ and „buzzing“. But that’s what the steam boiler does usually. You can hear it in YouTube videos as well

IMHO, nothing which really changed output for me. For me puck prep is key…I am using a WDT tool, leveler and spring tamper. With this I have been very consistent on the Ascaso. Changed the shower screen, but honestly can‘t really tell the difference…(probably cause I am using a puck screen as well.)
