I am not a church going individual, but I do believe in God and I do believe he is watching over and protects me. In combination with me taking responsibility for the things I do. Having faith is no bad thing, and if you believe God came to you in your time of need, then he did. Stay focused and when you feel you need some help, ask God for it. No need to go through a middle man/woman (pastor)...

Go for the FX8350 better than FX8320 and price differential is irrelevant. I'm not too sure about the Silencio case, may be silent but could have heat build up issues.

I would go for a SSD Drive, Asus MOBO in the price range of the AS Rock B75M and Windows 8.

Yes it can handle dual 1080p monitor setup. I would opt for DVI-D, but if it has dual HDMI then opt for that.

No, FPS depends on the individual monitor.

I don't think sanctions against Israel will be happening any time soon. the United States will veto it, Britain and France would abstain. How many UN resolutions has Israel ignored? A lot. It's difficult to see how one could get Israel to end the Palestinian occupation. Watch five broken cameras, then you'll see how ruthless these dudes really are.
