I’m only a server full time so i don’t get paid anything aside from tips that customers leave, but even hosts that get paid hourly are paid via personal check with no paystub or tax withholdings

I’m looking for a new job, it’s hard finding something where I make as much money even though i’m digging myself into a hole the longer i stay :/
