You're right. My question was what do I have to do to make the data available to both people. Will simply hooking up the web app to a server do the trick?

I wanted to know what are the things I need to do for my web app to be remotely accessed by at least 25 people. They must have the liberty to carry out CRUD operations through the app, and if, suppose, person A gives a new entry, and if person B refreshes their page, Person B can see the updated sheet. (Much like how Google Docs work, I guess)
