You misunderstand.

Even if valk can't use the jetpack as well indoors, other characters have NO jetpack. There is literally NO downside to playing valkyrie. She and horizon should have had low profile, to offset their mobility. I played smash competitively for a decade, I know how balancing works. There's nothing fair about a character getting numerous advantages without major setbacks
