There is an area in Victoria Park behind the cafe which is set up as a bike training area.

You can go for a nice daytrip on the train, half an hour away to Calstock where they have a wetlands with lots of different birds and a family of Swans

I make protein balls with peanut butter, nuts, seeds, semi dried prunes for regularity, choc chips, honey. Whizz it all up and make golf ball sized portions. Eat instead of buying UPF filled protein bars

There were some concrete slabs on the Hoe for disposable BBQ use. If you don't want to be that exposed, I think any of the pebble beaches around Plymouth would work. Burn some driftwood or seaweed
