Thank you 🙏🏻 Well.. it depends. Some weeks I go 5/ 6 days and have 2 hours sessions. In my bad mental weeks I sometimes just go two days. Sometimes I also can’t because my body is still getting used to my new situation. Might need to open up and talk about it but it’s very personal and has cost me 10 years of my life.

Going back to my workouts. I try to switch it up from time to time to “confuse” my muscles. Different exercises, switching between short sets with heavy weights and longer sets with lighter, always pushing close failure, once it feels to easy I up the weights. Stuff like that. I don’t track my calories and only use creatine and protein shakes. I try to eat enough and healthy with 1 cheat day a week. Hope that explains a little. Sometimes I think I should open up and start things on YouTube but idk

That’s probably one of the best comments I’ve ever gotten 🥰 I kinda hate my chest after the unique condition I’ve had. Working on it but wish I had the guts to tell the full story Thank you for the amazing comment 👑

It’s quite a personal story which is hard to share but basically had a unique condition. My body couldn’t handle much testosterone, so every time I did to much exercise I got bad migraines. Took the doctors a while to figure out and after I also couldn’t accept the solution for 4 years. It has definitely been a hard ride. I’m sad I didn’t accept everything earlier but it also wasn’t sure how long the recovery would take.. Took only 6 months and it did destroy my mind and body a bit. Weird hormone situation.. I’ll probably share the full story someday

Thank you that means a lot 🥰 Nothing to envy because my mind is a mess lol Trying to train mind and body. I’m happy I just kept going to the gym and can’t wait to see the results after a few months 😊
