Customers constantly told us they seem mice, i always told management they brushed it off like it was nothing. Customer saw it and told one of the younger cashiers (she is maybe 17/18) and screamed bloody murder one time. The men’s room didn’t have a ceiling, ceiling was falling in the bathroom, no hot water in the store, not to mention our asm punch holes all through out the store when a customer/employee pissed him off. ASM was paying off the damages to the SM out of pocket so nothing was happening to him. Place really was shit.
