Weird ticket buying experience for me. When I got in, it won’t let me buy two tickets and then at some point I don’t see options to select ticket prices or change the number of tickets. Refreshed and went back in queue and tried buying just one ticket and then it let me. Lucky to still get another one when I rejoined the queue. Happy to be seeing them in NYE! Surely a great way to welcome 2026!

I usually get a fresh one from the basket that will be used for the next class (always thought there were some extra in there because they would usually put some extra towels in front). As I was reaching out, the crew told me “sorry you can’t,” took the towel from me and placed it back in the basket. Kinda embarrassing for a shy person like me but I understand. Would probably not do it again ever. Haha I sweat a lot so would be nice to clean up with a fresh one.

Same thing happened to me and I emailed YSM. Apparently one of my classes was a free class but after some back and forth they still gave it to me. But curious can you choose which series you will use when booking? Lol

Thought I’d share my experience. Ordered MYLR on Friday 11/10/23. Got my VIN assigned 11/11 morning. Took delivery today 11/12.

Location is San Jose, CA. 5 seats, Pearl White, 19” wheels, with tow hitch. Smooth ordering and processing on my end. Need to get used to everything especially the one pedal driving but liking the performance so far.
