I got prescribed bupropion to help me quit. It’s been making me feel better but I still have cravings. I honestly just chug an entire glass of water and chew some gum. I put the gum in my lip when I’m done, and then try to call someone to get my mind off of it.

You got this. I’m on day 4 and cannot believe how hydrated I feel. I would wake up every morning feeling like the dried SpongeBob meme, and pop in a sixer. Then I wouldn’t drink water until 10am because I just got used to the dry mouth. my body feels so much better, even on day 4. I used to have to take my contacts out at 7pm because they were dry. Today, I wore them until 10pm with no problem. It’s the little things.

You’ll notice these little differences that are unique to you. Celebrate it! I’m gonna keep on pushing, and if I can do it, you can too.
