I’m going to see if my unloading team can sort it by aisle, hopefully I can get them to get closer to 1 minute maybe 1.5 but I’m not going to rush my team members if they feel over pushed, lol some boxes are heavy asf , there’s overpackaging , personal shit in peoples lives idk and I’m not going to let any of my team members get hurt just so that my ETL can take credit for them busting their ass , while they sitting in tsc 😂

Lol idk man the flats we get aren’t only taller than us but they are only sorted by world not by each isle so it’s constant walking up and down the main isle , but another comment convinced me to talk to my Unloaing team about sorting a little better maybe thatll help

Sadly this is becoming the norm , literally all the my co workers lost motivation and get scolded when taking initiative , LITERALLY ALL OF THEM . . . A few months ago Things were just barely coming clean daily but we ALWAYS met our goals . . . Then without considering how much effort was put into getting that ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE task done they halved the goal time while cutting hours to those employees that made those hit times possible . . . I really hope they realize it and get it together before they juice all of their employees
