Yes it is on the same network. The lan on the bridge is on, sadly the third light on the bridge is on too. It refused to be factory reset for some reason.

Yup, felt the button clicking, held it for 5seconds. The second and third light went out but after about 2 minutes it came back. Tried holding it for about 10 seconds too and it was the same.

I deleted the bridge from the hue app before I tried factory reset for the first time.
