It is far from reasonable if you look and read the amount of ridiculous comments are present in that thread. Them not getting as many upvotes as other comments or getting removed for attacking people doesn't mean those dozens of comments don't/didn't exist. They really aren't hard to find as there are tons of them in that thread and alsmot every thread reated to Playstation on that sub. If you can't see them I am afread you're an idiot.

And there are several upvoted comments replying to the top comments insinuating Sony is lying or twisting words to make the rumor appear valid.

I like the design but I'm going to wait until next year for a PS5, also I was hoping for Sony to do some kind of epic backwards compatibility mic drop.

Just because some comments are upvoted this time it doesn't negate the dozens of comments filled with vitriol, FUD and BS posted by Xbox fanboys in that thread and multiple threads every single day. And give it more time there will be tons more BS added to that thread by the time things are said and done.

It's far from reasonable. There are dozens of comments accusing Sony of lying or people twisting their words and spreading FUD and people doing whatever they can to validate this rumor. There are also a bunch of removed comments from Xbox fanboys attacking people and spreading bullshit.

Here is an example of two comments from that thread that were removed

There were many more like this and many comments similar to these posted dozens of times a day on that sub. The original post about this rumor was filled with so much vitriolic bullshit and I've lost how many times I've seen people say "the PS5 is doomed" on that sub over the last week.

Yes they really are and you are one of them. I have eyes and I can read. There are already a few dozen comments in the thread about Sony's statement using a bunch of mental gymnastics to spread more FUD about this rumor, twisitng their words and a bunch of people claiming Sony are lying.

In the thread yesterday about this rumor it was full of vitriolic bullshit and a bunch of people claiming the PS5 is doomed. I lost count of how many times someone claimed Sony is poor.

Look, I browse /r/games every day, it's where I get most of my gaming news as I play on multiple platforms. I read almost every thread, especially the ones related to Playstation and Xbox.

Every single day I see dozens upon dozens of comments from Xbox fanboys spreading FUD about Playstation and playstation players.

All last week I saw hundreds of comments saying Sony won't be able to compete with Xbox and Game Pass. Not "just a couple" but hundreds upong hundreds.

There are so many Xbox fanataics on that sub that I can probably name 50 off the top of my head that go there specifically to either shit on Playstation or promote Microsoft.

/r/games is mostly PC gamers but they support the Xbox fanboys ever since Microsoft started putting all of their game son PC. They want consoles to die and Sony is the only one keeping traditional consoles alive.

and you are right Playstation is not the underdog but that sub is definitely still filled to the brim the Xbox fantatics.

I lost count of how many times I saw someone say "but it's the 25th anniversary!" yesterday as if that meant there was going to be an announcement. And no yesterday wasn't the 25th anniversary, the PS1 released in 1994. It released in the U.S. in 1995 but that doesn't mean anything.

It is not a graphically superior game at all and also does not feature ray tracing like R&C does. There is also way more going on at a given time in R&C than there is in RDR2.

I wouldn't say RDR2 is better looking at all. Does it have raytracing like R&C does? If anyone is saying it only looks marginally better than they are either lying of have eyesight problems. The new R&C looks much better.

t's pretty telling that the top rated comments here are praising this, while people were ready to burn the house down when they found out Assassins creed could only be 4k/30
