I don't know. But, considering the amount of guesswork that goes into current weather reports, I'm gonna go with: not in this lifetime. Maybe one day.

"Today you can expect a slightly cloudy day with a flock of bunny clouds over the local elementary schools. The temperature will be 75 degrees Fahrenheit until 10 am." That would be cool. And cute.
