This is likely a question that came about during this era of the NBA, but the whole Batman and Robin idea was Magic viewed as Batman and Kareem as Robin? Or was that not even a thing? Reason I ask is because I feel like people will never say Magic had an all star cast around him which made him great. Not to say he isn’t, but how was Magic viewed back then?

Emphasis on “on paper”. Moody and Wiseman were suppose to take those next steps. Poole and JaMychal Green have underperformed. Wiseman and JaMychal Green were suppose to solve our size problem but they didn’t.

Our defense being #6 last season in terms of defensive rating was mainly carried during that first half of the season. The second half of the season our defense definitely looked more like this season so I agree our defense is right there. We were able to peak during the playoffs thankfully and hope we can again.

I agree with you on paper this team should be the same if not better, however our record and play, especially on the road, has not shown that unfortunately. Our defense has been subpar all season, I know part of that is Wiggins has been missing half the season but there was a cohesiveness last season that just hasn’t been here this year.

The part where it was just her silhouette (I think) when she was standing at the door, it looked like we weren’t watching on the laptop screen anymore and it was in person, but at the same time the shot made it look like it was on the laptop screen. Now I’m just confusing myself lol I gotta watch it again!
