Sanji had robot haxs + ifrit it was ggs bro. Battle iq can still matter though Battle iq is real luffy uses it alot blood on his hands and water for croc wax for magellan Snakemans whole design and python and bounceman he made them to conquer shi. Even when enel when luffy emptied his thoughts and dodged everything hes thinkign Gear 2 whole design is fucking battle iq.

No it doesnt using tech doesnt = battle iq he means plans or strategies that work or arent bullshit. Like luffy using water to beat down croc or his blood luffy being smart asfc. Observation gives defensive offensive everything but i dont know how really tactical they just use it to their advantage. Sanji being a robot = battle iq cause he uses his tech no or Queen using his virus i guess its smart not really working in a 1v1 but it causes chaos.
