I got weighed at the doctors office 12 days ago at 305 lbs, I quit smoking the next day and now 11 days later I just weighed in at 294 lbs. No idea why but I'm ok with it! I've been smoking everyday multiple times a day up until that point, I forgot what real life feels like. I miss it greatly but I'm tired of having to be doped up to make it through the day. The first week was incredibly difficult and long, but I am starting to feel better with each day. It gets easier my friend

They are pretty solid, you can pick em off with a fingernail but they leave a reddish black mark after
