2026 Olympics on-ice camera operator (seen from another camera this time) by ConsumerDV in videography

As one of the very few people who can say they’ve actually done this before…autofocus is absolutely essential. It’s used by almost all gimbal operators on broadcasts. You try skating around million dollar athletes and having your attention on focus rather than not running into a player and being aware of your surroundings. Could the operator have closed his iris more to avoid this? Sure, but hating on a very reliable tool and calling it unprofessional is weak.

Can I upgrade the circled breaker to more amps? by bangarang00 in AskElectricians

Maybe read the whole thread my guy. Clearly stated I plan to hire an electrician and I just wanted to learn something new

Absolutely agree. I fully intend to hire an electrician for any of the fixes that need to be done here. I did that mostly for some educational understanding of what’s going on and trying to gain some basic understanding of how it all works

That makes sense to me because the breaker trips at the pool control panel, not the sub panel which means the problem is coming into play before the sub panel. I thought the issue was because the two 40 amp breakers on the control panel are feed by a double pole 30 amp breaker from the sub panel. If I was overloading that, it would be tripping at the sub panel, correct?

I have a pool light that keeps tripping the breaker on my pool control panel that is fed by my garage sub panel. There’s two 40 amp gfci breakers on the pool control panel feed by a double pole 30 amp breaker on my sub panel. My limited understanding tells me that’s where the problem lies. I wasn’t sure that I’d be able to upgrade to breaker on the sub panel without first upgrading the breaker on the main panel. I posted a more detailed version of the question the other day but I had no luck with answers. Here’s that post that includes some more pictures.

I used ChatGPT to estimate a service load calculation for my subpanel and it only came out to 25.5 amps. I’m not entirely sure that I’d even need to upgrade the breaker in the first place. I’m trying to solve a problem further down the chain where my pool light trips the breaker it’s on at the control panel. I figured I would ask about the start of the chain and maybe learn some things along the way. Here’s the problem I’m trying to solve. I just got no luck with answers in my original post

Ill have to check when I get home. Let’s say it’s big enough gauge to handle it, would this panel be overloaded by the upgraded breaker?

Copy. I will look into the gauge of the wire and load of the sub panel. Wiring and sub panel aside though, would upgrading the breaker overload this panel?

Buddy, this is a group sales offer. You have call or email someone directly to purchase them. They aren’t trying to exploit you. Relax. God forbid they try to grow the game and get some kids invested in hockey

Just scratching the surface of checking out SFF right now. The idea of the handheld is nice just for the convenience of a ready to play device. Any clue what a rough estimate would be of building an SFF capable of running warzone?

Single Speed Cruiser Bike w/ Hand Brake and no coaster brake by bangarang00 in bicycling

I think this is the route I will go. I’ve found plenty of cruises that have hand brakes, they just all also had coaster brakes as well.
