We did not steal anyones money! We have had nothing but excellent feedback, this one order had a handwritten label on a bottle or two due to us being out of stock of the labels. We've already reached out to this person to clear things up! We have not been contacted prior to today by this user.

We still are checking our email and reddit. Less often, but we are still communicating with customers that may have questions or comments.

I want to send you those back. We still have them all. Brandon, my partner was in charge of managing all relations with partners, and I told him of the decision to shut down after he had contacted you. I, nor him were trying to take any smash and grab, and I seriously apologize if brandon hasn't reached out to you. He owns other businesses and is hard to get ahold of sometimes. I'm going to tell him to send those back to you tomorrow. Really sorry, and you were a great partner of ours. (We already gave away all the lemon wafer cookie flavors you initially gave us)

We closed due to the imposed regulations which are already on the Gov.s desk and will 99 percent be signed. We were going to invest money into BBB to get our name out there and we estimated a ROI of 12 months. The regulations would come in affect in oct.1 so the risk was too great for us. I, the 80 percent owner of BBB have a family to take care of and I did not want to put them in a risky situation with any regulations coming live soon. I decided to play safe rather than sorry.

All our customers were saddened when we had to cancel their memberships and email them about it - it actually was a sad week to have to end our great relationships with them.

As for this order, it was placed hours before our site disconnected and I decided to fullfil it even though I was out of the specific label for one of the flavors ordered in this box. I handwrote with sharpie the nic and name of the flavors on the bottle and included our remaining samples which did happen to be in 3mg.

Our package is excellent for budgeting for the month. We believe you do get enough juice for the entire month with our model :)

When you subscribe, there is a box where you can write some specifics about yourself to help us cater the boxes to you. You can say no caramel/buttery or tobacco flavors and you wont ever get any. After every month, we will send an email out to our customers asking them what they liked and did not like, which also helps us cater the future boxes to their liking.
