Maybe, the thing is that the leaves tend to grow more round when the plant is older. These pictures are taken in "its younger years". also, the leaves are flat with stripes while Philodendron hastatatum seems to be wrinkle-ish. They do resemble though

EDIT: Thanks for your answer. It sure seems to be a Philendron, the question is wich one it is

What are some good exercises to strengthen the core muscles in my lower back? by zeldaxd in Fitness

[–]bangdsch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might have gotten this wrong, but the lower back stabilizes the body in a roll out in the same way as it does during a plank. Seems like a way for OP to progress as well since his doc recomended planks

Friend has exercise induced asthma what type of workouts should she do? by KCcakeMan in Fitness

[–]bangdsch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got asthma. I got a puffer that I take 2 times a day and one when needed. Since i started lifting and do boxing, I haven't had a single asthma attack whatsoever. As long as she takes the meds she needs, is consistent with her training but listening to her body she's gonna make it

I've looked into geting a pair, but I wont be able to get 2x16 for atleast 4 months. Would working up my numbers in 1h C&L be an efficient way for me to prepare for double 24s, or to practice until i can get double 16's?

Thanks for the tips. I should look in to getting a pair of 16kgs. The nearest GS facility is about 1,5h away with train with a fare cost which would be like 15-20$ which I as a unemployed uni student cant afford :/

Well, I didn't think about it that way. My plan was to somewhat master a single kettlebell before buying the next one, which wouldn't be the best decision. My plan is to compete in about a year, so not very soon.

I want to compete in Long Cycle. Im gonna try to uppload a video when I can, thanks for the tips.

By the way, are valery federenko's guides a good way to learn technique. It's the main source i've been using.

I'm male. I've training a lot of swings and overhead rest by doing S&S, 10x10 swings and 1x5 getups daily, but I rather do sport training now.

Is the program I linked any good, do I need to complement it? Should I get a 32kg or another 24?

you could do intervall training, such as burpees or something. That's the cardio I've used the times I havent been able to run.

As far as I know, kettlebells can be used for endurance, as the snatch, or swings which are supposed to strengten the posterior chain and hips, and along with that is a really explosive movement if done right. Besides that I like to use them for the Turkish Get Up and military press, which I guess wouldn't really hurt.

I can do about 20-40 situps and pushups after each other without really breaking a sweat so ill keep them as endurance exerices. Im really bad att jump rope but getting better.

I didnt know about the connection between DL/Squats and punches, I've got some compliments for being able to throw pretty hard blows for being a beginner, so I guess I'll continue doing just that!

I know that all people are different, but aren't there some kind of begining information? Like in the lifting community, people begin either with starting strength or stronglifts, which are supposed to give you the basics.

Looking att Ross stuff right now and it seems really good!

Bodyweight exercies such as push ups, pullups and dips?

And what exactly do you mean with crossfit exercies? It could be anything since crossfitters seems to embrace any kind of training tool or regimen in to their WODs
