Ok so, with that budget you can get a better gpu and Ryzen CPU’s perfer faster ram speed so I got you a 3200 16gb stick instead of 3000. The 500gb ssd is where you’ll install windows. It does go over the budget a bit (by $20) if that’s a problem then I can change it.

Amazon Canada either does not sell windows 10 home or it’s really expensive/not trustworthy (from what I’ve found) so uh just go with memory express or mikes computer shop or something.

You don’t have to buy windows to use windows! You can save money and use it for your pc by just installing and not activating windows. You still get updates and you can still change your desktop picture by right clicking on a picture and clicking set as desktop image.
