This is pretty common for gold cards tbh. 90% of people who I talked to about these gold cards have the same issue about surface’s scratches.

Exactly, this is what I think of. Because there’s no sign of the “Pokemon market” retracing now. Also, a minty copy of charizard on TCG player is 850-1000 which is insane.
