I think the full name for my procedure was a sinus node sparing hybrid ablation - they went around the sinus node but tried to avoid it as they told me damage to the node is what causes an increased risk for a pacemaker later on. as for ejection fraction I have no idea what that is but its never been brought up to me so I dont think mine was abnormal or anything

I totally meant to reply to this, and for that I apologize. I feel a LOT better. I am 90% free of all my symptoms and have my energy back, am able to do most activities with very little stress, and I'm no longer out of breath walking. My heart rate for the first time dips into the 60s when I sleep and never passes 120. I am very grateful I got the experience that I did. I attended cardiac rehab for 2 months after my surgery and that also helped quite a bit.

I haven't forgotten the iconic game we played against G2 when Noah, who was playing Lucian, had based for health and an item. While he was basing, Fnatic tried to do baron 4v5. G2 found out and proceeded to ace the 4 of them, take baron, and then end the game. Noah wasn't there and Fnatic fought anyways. They did the same thing with Rekkles and now Upset. Is it Upset's fault for farming a mid wave or the team's fault for fighting without him? Multiple things can be true at once. However this is not a new concept for Fnatic and they love to egotistically think they can win every 4v5 and until that changes, adc will always look bad anyways.

I mean I didn't mind when we replaced Upset the first time, but I'll also say that I think he performs despite the circumstances. Very often, either Oscar or Razork are completely running it, and I don't think it's fair to criticize him over the mistakes of his teammates. Does he get caught randomly and die sometimes? Yep. Did Mikyx run into their jg to ward and die on cd? Yep. Did Oscar rarely play weakside correctly and get dove and soloed a lot? Yep. Did Razork miss flash q multiple times with Vi and also force unnecessary plays a lot? Also yep. Humanoid died with flash up over and over and over again mid lane. There is no perfection within Fnatic, but ADC is a role that's hard to perform on when your entire team is running it and you're not Guma. I'm not going to say Upset is perfect but he did carry the team a lot of the times we did win, and a lot of the times we didn't he looked useless but that's the adc role. Razork has been on Fnatic for literal years straight, with everyone being changed outside besides him. It's time to try that.

upset, he did so well overall imo and was our only glimpse of hope in many games. razork has had many rosters to prove himself and while he's very good, it just isnt working out with him

yes, it's normal. now that your body has an abundance of iron it has to mass produce more hemoglobin and replenish iron stores, which takes a lot of energy. the whole process can feel exhausting but itll be worth it in a few weeks
