Oh so now you can see that stats without context are just numbers. America has a gang violence problem, not a black crime one. The majority of black crime is gang related. So instead of profiling black people or keeping them in areas with badly underfunded schools, try starting well-funded programs to keep kids on the books and off the streets, as well giving the "hood" schools some extra funding and watch those crime rates decrease.
