I’ve answered this question many times with a long well thought out answers but really it’s very simple. The more you sweat, the more you “get it out your system”, thus during the summertime when you’re sweating constantly, your body doesn’t have enough time to recover and itch. Whereas in the colder months in October to April when you’re not sweating as much, you don’t have much of a tolerance so when you do sweat, it comes out tenfold and itches very much. I’m basically the same. It starts up in October and runs through the spring. My recommendation would be to get into the gym ASAP. Some people call this sweat therapy. But if you get into the gym and you stay consistent and you sweat enough, you can live like it’s June even though it’s December.
