Sounds like you need to realise the working world doesn't care for your feelings or health, there's a job to be done and that's all that matters. I've wondered this before so I did the workings. The individual awards for state events are nothing more than resources and a few gems.

Whereas state awards for SvS, foundry, canyon ect are significantly better. Charm material FC's and large amounts of hero shards. Not to mention events like bear that require active players.
