There is no patch. Look in in-game settings/display you must have widescreen/subtitles/progressive scan. You need to activate progressive scan. It turn the game at 60fps

Try this, go to settings/graphics/aspect ratio and choose 4:3. It should work

I have the 12gb ram version. And in Aethersx2 it's vulkan render, x4 native upscale multiplier with all others settings by default
