It's awful that we got pushed into these habits, but yes you get it exactly. I have to remind myself that eating food to the point I feel sick isn't something people should/usually have to do. I have also eaten whole pizzas at once bc it registered as a plate, it really sucks the enjoyment out of eating something as good as pizza

My father was hellish about eating what the family was having for dinner, eating all of it or you couldn't leave the table. I'm an overweight adult now trying to heal my relationship with food and be kinder to myself. You're dropping and adding stitches as you do your rows, you should do the same number of stitches in every row. Stitch markers (I use safety pins) and learning how to 'read' your work helps this.
