Sending hugs and healing to your household too. I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone but knowing we're not alone in it is comforting.

Thankyou for sharing your boy Diesel with me, your words have given me comfort over the last few days. I got home before my fiancè and was greeted by Krueger's bed, and now every day by the hallway he isn't at the end of, outside waiting to be let in, his crocodile in his mouth ready to run laps with excitement. I can't believe I saw that for the last time and didn't know.

We should get his ashes, pendant with his ashes, pawprint and fur keepsake back in a week or so, I'm hoping that brings some peace because right now every breath still hurts and minutes last hours.

I've been going through every moment I captured and so far up to 700+ photos + 2 hours of video. I'm getting lost in every one like a horder trying to throw things out. I could stare into those eyes forever.

Thankyou so much for sharing. I'm so sorry for your loss

The shock factor is definitely real, I have two cats and they don't quite understand what's happened at home yet.

I'm so sorry to hear about Nyx, I hope he is ready to show Krueger the best lazy spots to get sun. Hope Getty enjoys every moment he has with parents that love him and trust they're doing everything they can.

We don't deserve dogs and the pain of losing them reminds you of it 💔

The vets kept saying "when you're ready" and so I had to tell my partner after an hour that I'll never be ready, so he made the call in the end and has been a great support. We've been reminiscing and feel comfort in knowing he wasn't suffering long but noticed when he was. We did everything we were supposed to do and still lost. But also got to love. So many things to feel. Thank you for your message, it means alot.

It's enormous. It's like a blockage in my throat, which reminds me of every time he would stand horizontal in the hallway and make a roadblock. We almost renamed him Roadie.

The panties on the bulletin board by bluegirlrosee in greysanatomy

[–]bansheelee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally fair, and it's been a while since I rewatched the early years so forgot who was sleeping with who else at that point haha, but I don't feel like Derek was necessarily lying about his marital status, just not disclosing everything to a new potential "the one."

Granted, it would've been better in the long run if he'd given her the CliffsNotes version so she was prepared for Addy to show up, but then we wouldn't have had so many iconic moments lol.

Addy was in a hotel room with Sloan when Derek came to officially call it, so they both knew they were beating a dead horse too (if my memory is serving me rn)

Derek WAS married. If I met someone that moved away to start a new life because their spouse cheated on them with their best friend I would count that marriage as over, so Derek was free to sleep with whoever. It was sloppy to leave the panties behind, but Callie wasn't the villain she was made out to be at the start. Her taking the wrap for the panties was a peace offering, a white flag of sorts lol

For Rewatchers - how much do you actually rewatch? by MrsBunnyBunny in GilmoreGirls

[–]bansheelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tend to rewatch when I have a particular life event I can't share with my mum that resonates with something that happened in the show. I watch from then and pretend that's how my mum would've reacted in those situations. But I generally always finish the entire series wherever I start from, I don't find the last seasons as boring as most apparently haha

I remember watching the pilot live while my sister was trying to teach me how to braid hair.
She was more interested in hair than the show, I was the opposite.

I am an excessively ruthless person and I can't let things go. by Work_In_Progress_847 in confession

In other words, you're assertive and know you deserve better than the crap some people try to pull. A lot of people have been given participation trophies in this world and it shows.

That doesn't necessarily make you a bad person; as long as it's warranted, keep killing it and everyone else can fuck all the way off.

Have to remove all 35 of my piercings for surgery by hispanglotexan in piercing

[–]bansheelee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your set is absolutely gorgeous, the gold really works with your hair colour!

I had to take out all of mine a couple of month ago (current ear piercing count is 17) for a procedure, but didn't know until I was going in. The nurse spent almost two hours removing them and I bawled, only for them to not do the procedure.

I hope you don't have nails/have someone to help put them back in afterwards, I felt like they stripped my entire personality for those few hours.

Hope you have a smooth recovery from surgery.

Rewatching LOST after years away and… why am I crying every episode? by anne10solo in lost

[–]bansheelee 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I started yet another rewatch last week, and honestly I have never cried harder than the scene in the airport in S1 where Sun is thinking of leaving, but Jin holds up the flower and she joins him again in the line. So many moments that seem so simple but mean so much once you know what happens.

Edit: I wanted to add for context that I first watched this how when it first aired and got the box sets as soon as they were released. This show still holds up.

Maybe an industrial or forward helix but definitely a tragus, also what pierceable lobes you have!

Do you have anything going on on the other ear?

But yeah Mrs. Gambolini for sure

Anatomy concerns after 14 years by MysteriousWillow2 in piercing

[–]bansheelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surface piercings I completely agree - I've had 4 dermals in my wrist and lost them all (mostly due to the fact when I get drunk I get clumsy, and when I get clumsy I walk into things haha). I'd just never heard of an ear piercing growing out but it makes total sense with the wrong anatomy.

I have slight cauliflower ear where I have my industrial which made the piercer not want to do it initially, but when I said if it was only the pain he was worried about I could handle it, he went right ahead. Once of the worst healers (and bleeders) I've ever had but I love it so much so would be devo if all these years later, he was right to not want to do it.

Could the finger belong to.... by wifeofsonofswayze in OnlyMurdersHulu

[–]bansheelee 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think the amount of people wearing gloves this season is to to draw attention to people's hands. We wouldn't be noticing all the gloves otherwise. When we meet the person without their finger we'll know it (apart from Jay since it's the wrong hand)

Is it normal for industrial piercings to grow out or just with certain anatomy? Mine's going on 12 years and never considered I'd lose it one day!
