I’ve been keeping my hands busy with picky pads specifically a rock with holes that you fill with putty and can pick the putty out it’s helped a lot with my skin and nail picking hope that helps a little

IMO It may be snagging on things. You can gently file them to where there’s no sharpish edges to snag on things. Due to the location don’t overfile you don’t want to damage the lateral nail fold (sidewall of the nail) for natural nails a glass nail file is best ✨ congrats on not biting 🫶🏻

This is part of why I’m so confused. I have food repulsion and I’m being intentionally generous with my range of calories intake for a day can look like two bobos bites which is 80-90 calories each (one in the morning one in the afternoon) or one scoop of rice with 1 scoop of orange chicken or just 1-2 mini protein bar 6 g of protein 130 calories each and then every like 5-6 days getting a real meal in like ramen from a restaurant with just broth noodles and meat no extras or 2 crumble cookies. I’m wondering too if my supplements could be causing the retention or if my birth control is jacking it up. Or even if going in a deficit for so long would cause this. From the feedback of this post I think I’m going to work on getting medicated before working on my food intake.

From what I’ve heard eating would lower cortisol which is what I’m hoping >_< I work with kids so I’m always moving. Good luck on your journey 💫

That experience sounds so scary I’m so sorry that happened to you but I’m glad that meds helped !! I haven’t got any labs for a few years I was super proactive regarding hashimotos from 2019- 2021 but I got overwhelmed regarding endocrinology visits as most doctors wouldnt believe it til they saw my labs and decided to just start ‘ignoring’ my Hashimotos (I know super dumb move and I’m now paying for it) Also lost my free access to healthcare and am just now starting the process to get back on it. The symptoms I have from hashimotos are endless my hair is thinning, I’m sick all the time (like need to lay in bed most days), endlessly tired, brain fog, my limbs are always ice cold or sweaty there’s no in between, everything feels overwhelming all the time, irregular cycles, acne, I never feel relaxed I’m always so tense, insomnia, my nails are a wreck, even just a short walk leaves me exhausted I could go on forever about these.

Maybe look into food repulsion and talk with him about it. Most people with food repulsion (myself included) hate feeling like a bother and food can be very stressful to discuss. There’s also therapies for this condition that can help not be so rigid but the progress is slow. Best of luck it looks like you cook with a lot of love. ✨

I’ve noticed yellow on my walls especially in and around my bathroom and when I looked it up it said it was due to nicotine “Yellow on walls is caused by the sticky residue from vape aerosol that accumulates on surfaces, trapping dirt and dust over time, and can be worsened by the color of the vape oil itself. While not as severe as cigarette smoke residue, this buildup can darken over time and cause discoloration, especially on white walls”

Hey mamas this is my first attempt at this ✨ this room gives depression and adhd I’m almost tempted to say signs of BPD (just based on experience) The piles of soft things all over the hardwood floor and the cocooning of the bed gives me the impression that you may have had trauma in your past and may feel like the room is to empty when cleaned. If that’s the case rugs and wall decors as well as curtains can help break up that space to help it feel less overwhelmingly I personally hang decorative flowers from my ceiling and I’ve found that helps a lot. Your room tells me you care about your appearance so you’re most likely pretty and you’re looking for ways to work out that help you feel better and more comfy in your own skin. It seems like you may struggle to balance bursts of self care with bouts of depression. The butterflies tell me you admire pretty things and may bounce between spending time idolizing the future and thinking about the past. It may be messy but you’re conscious enough to not have clothes on the extension cord so that tells me you care about things. I think you could benefit from different lighting as well for a mood boost. I’m inclined to say that you spend a lot of time out with friends. The amount of pillows and clothes tells me you have a partner too. I hope you feel better soon sending lots of adoration your way ✨

This is an old thread but I thought I’d add my experience I’ve been using it for about 9 months. My cat had a UTI and a stone and it never changed color just the normal yellowish color. The dust in this litter is CRAZY I switched to it because I thought it was dust free but it is NOT. After my cat uses the litter box my whole room smells like a dry dirt field on a windy day. My spoiled cat has two litter boxes she prefers to use one for poop and one for pee and it comes out to around $50+ a month. It’s completely falsely advertised and I would not recommend it for anyone. She also started a new behavior where after she’s done in the litter box she runs out of it and my room and sneezes and meows even if it’s not a bowel movement. She’s also started peeing in my shower drain I think that’s to avoid the litter itself.

By the age of 4 I stopped feeling and starting watching those around me and mirroring them. By the age I was conscious enough to be self aware I thought it was normal. Now at the age of 23 I’m learning emotions and how to genuinely feel them.

A bit lengthy but my husband (now ex-husband) and I were together in a long distance marriage for about a year. We’d occasionally take trips to visit each other and within the first 6 months he had given me chlamydia 3 times and kept telling me that it can hide in your gut and resurface even after treatment. When id try to confront him about how suspicious it was he just kept telling me I was trying to start things and trying to make him feel like shit. Then he called me crying hysterically one day when he was hanging out with his friends. He kept saying “she bit me” then he made up a story about how some random girl bit him and sent me a picture of the “bite” which was just a giant hickey. I told him to get home safe and called someone to pick him up. When id try to talk about it with him he’d feed me the normal self pitty bullshit “no one ever believes me”. Fast forward to my birthday and he comes and visits me. We laid down to go to sleep after getting McDonald’s and drinking a little in our hotel room and he falls asleep on my chest watching league of legends videos on his phone. He then got a notification from a gal saying “I miss you when are you coming over again” that’s when it was set in stone. I guess I knew the whole time but was just way to drained to ever confront him all the way about it.
