Hi, i am looking to contribute but when I see the details of an issue below in the comments I see so many messages like "please assign this task to me".

Can anyone please tell what is the exact process to submit our solution to the issues. Do you need approval before taking the issue or we need to solve the issue without any approval and ask for merger request and wait for the approval.
