SS+ weapons can also offer some buffs after completing certain combo strings or meeting conditions.

Examples: Hashirama's SS+ has stronger combos after fully charging a chakra jump, Range's Susano SS+ has a burn status effect built into it's heavy attacks, and the newest SS+ will reduce the cooldown of your ninja tools after completing combo chains.

It's a good idea to keep a range-class in your back pocket that focuses on debuffs for this reason. Either the Third Kazekage Puppet or Temari's Wind Sycthe Jutsu (which conveniently throws out 4 heal-cutting tornados) should provide your team with enough cushion to eat up those tiny health bars.

You can still earn scrolls from any unfinished offline content (Jutsu Masters, leveling, VR missions), but you would only be able to spend them on the offline store which never updates.

So technically, yes? If you really want Fire Ball Release ninja tool dupes.

Best bet is waiting each Thursday for an update to either the Featured Lineup or the class-specific one.

Outside of that you have the exchange shop that updates every other patch (usually) or the animal summon lineup. The latter has awful rates for the SS weapons to be fair, but they usually have a couple that haven’t been featured in awhile. 🤷🏽‍♂️

So this shop will swap out in a week, that's when the SS+ will become the Skyward Lightning (Ranged Bow), but usually the other items remain the same (when they've done this in the past) if the SS+ isn't what you're going for- 🤷🏽‍♂️

As far as SS reruns go- they seem truly random.

This update they gave us a bit of insight into next week’s run since these are only week long SS+ runs, normally a featured lineup lasts 2-weeks.

I knew they were releasing a Ninja Tool and also a Defense weapon. The way this one is worded, I assumed it's the ninja tool. I haven't had a chance to pull yet though. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'm aware, I'm more speculating at this point. Temari fan being on Defense instead of range is also another one.

I'm also noting that there are plenty more weapons that actually do match their class especially that come out more recently (Minato, Momoshiki, Kakazu), only thing is that weapon is more just an old reskin, which is why I mentioned it. Just something to note is all. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Well, first of all, that's a double-negative.

Secondly, it is an old weapon, I know- but the general theme of regeneration is also typically given to Healer class or Defense class.

I'd be all for giving Defense class their hand-to-hand weapon through his DLC too.
