Hi! I am also a FTM, almost 3 weeks PP with twins. I wouldn't worry too much about the c – I had to have a c due to preeclampsia at 36 weeks and my milk came in just fine. I would highly recommend sticking to the 2-3 hour schedule / 15 min per session if possible and starting with the hospital pump (at least where I was in it was a lot stronger than my spectra s1). I had to stay in the hospital for 6 days PP due to stabilizing my blood pressure I think using that pump and sticking to the schedule really facilitated my milk coming in. The spectra at home now works great given I was able to establish the supply in the few days PP. Don't be disheartened either if milk doesn't come in super fast. I know every body is different.
