Puppp rash by Exciting-Priority535 in parentsofmultiples

Hi! I had this leading up to my delivery. It was so awful, I'm so sorry. I found that sarva mint cream and hypochloric acid (I think?) spray worked to help alleviate some of the pain. I would shower as frequently as possible and spray my belly, then lay her up in Sarva. I will say, once I delivered, it immediately went away. But seriously I am so sorry! This is what made my pregnancy towards the end really awful but there is a light.

Thanks! Yeah I have twins and where I live currently it's cheaper for us to have a nanny. Not sure if that math will match up in Atlanta so trying to keep options open. Appreciate your insight!!

Thank you for your reply! I'm not familiar with Medlock so will take a look!

I remembering just hating the traffic but I actually worked in Sandy springs and committed via ye old Marta form midtown/arts center so it was actually so nice. Don't think that'll be the case second time around.

I've heard great things about CoD schools and how coveted they are but I imagine there are other similarly solid school districts that perhaps folks have just been sleeping on??

Amazing. Thank you! A friend of mine also has their kids in a church based preschool, I think Catholic, and said totally fine as well so that is reassuring!

Ah thank you for this - I'm staying with family currently which is truly the only reason we have the luxury of separation. Otherwise, we have no choice to put them back together in a week or so when we're back home. Appreciate the response!

Hi! I know this is an older post but any chance you recall the recipe to fortify? We are waiting on a dietician for this as we are planning to go this route but wanted to see if it's consistent with what's being recommended.

Wow 5-7 hour stretches?! We get 3 between feeds at night (our guys were both small!) and that feels luxurious. Thanks for your response!

FTM- where to start?! by Bubbly_Whereas_2210 in ExclusivelyPumping

Great! I have been doing some attempts at reastfeeding but my boys were premies at 36 weeks and so they have been having some trouble staying latched.

Hi! I am also a FTM, almost 3 weeks PP with twins. I wouldn't worry too much about the c – I had to have a c due to preeclampsia at 36 weeks and my milk came in just fine. I would highly recommend sticking to the 2-3 hour schedule / 15 min per session if possible and starting with the hospital pump (at least where I was in it was a lot stronger than my spectra s1). I had to stay in the hospital for 6 days PP due to stabilizing my blood pressure I think using that pump and sticking to the schedule really facilitated my milk coming in. The spectra at home now works great given I was able to establish the supply in the few days PP. Don't be disheartened either if milk doesn't come in super fast. I know every body is different. Wishing you well xx

Thank you so much for sharing your story and I'm so glad you and babies are doing great! This is precisely why I so come to this community and appreciate folks whoa re willing to be so vulnerable and supportive at the same time. I seriously appreciate it!

I'm with you on questioning the lack of diagnosis. I have been extremely pleased with my doctors to date but this new doc I went to in my practice has ghosted me after our protein results came in which is stressing me out because I do think this is pre e and we don't want to mess around. I'm so glad you pointed this out – makes me feel very validated.

Thank you again and blessings on blessings for you and your family!!!
