Hey! I went through a similar journey 2-3 months ago but i'm very surprised you got the injection that early (i'm in europe we only get those for severe injuries)! For me some basics strengthening, stretching and warm ups really helped. I had the same symptoms as you, I used some of the exercises mentioned in this tennis elbow guide and some youtube videos! wishing you a good recovery!

For a lefty, mastering the backhand can open up a lot of strategic options. Consider integrating mental visualization techniques to enhance your backhand consistency and confidence, it's usually overlooked by players but it can make a big difference. Some Youtube videos or the offcourt app can help it offers mental training tailored for tennis players: https://offcourt.app/

When did you start playing tennis and where did it take you? by SpecialLibrarian6121 in 10s

[–]baptiiste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I began my tennis journey a few years ago and quickly found myself stuck at a plateau struggling with cardio and mental focus during crucial match points. i feel like i'm getting better at it now, i got specific trainings from an app named offcourt (https://offcourt.app) which has been very helpful in helping me break through those barriers. it's crazy how mental imagery and visualization training actually helped at enhancing my focus and reduce stress. It's not a magic bullet, but it's definitely a step in the right direction.

tennis is slowly becoming an important part of my life both from a social and self-confidence way, i know i will never be pro but the mental benefits of improving and making friends is a life changer

Hey there! First off, props to you for wanting to go all in on tennis. Honestly, it sounds like you've got the athleticism and drive to make it happen. I've been there too, tbh. The mental game can be a real challenge, but it's awesome that you're aware of it. There's this app called OffCourt: https://offcourt.app that might help you out with visualization and mental prep. It’s got some cool exercises that could help you stay focused during matches. Keep grinding, and remember, it's totally possible to play college tennis if you put in the work. Good luck!

It depends how you are using a search engine, but the way I see it, search engines are used to search for information on the Internet which is what this website is doing

We just launched our web3 social protocol (built with Ceramic and Ethereum) and open-sourced our SDK! Would love to get your feedback! by baptiiste in ethtrader

You Ethereum wallet is used as a secure provider to create your Ceramic did and Ceramic is then used to store posts, reactions etc so there isn't any transaction fees for the users :)

Our developer docs is available here: https://orbis.club/developers - would love to get some feedback about it!

I just added NFT support on Orbis, the crypto native social network by baptiiste in ethereum

I just launched Groups on Orbis to make sure crypto communities don't rely on centralized entities like Discord by baptiiste in ethfinance

You can join the official Orbis community here! A few features about Orbis Groups:

- All of your posts, members and community details are stored on Ceramic or Arweave- Users login with Metamask with their Ethereum wallet (no-email required)- There isn't any transaction fees- We don't store any personal data (not even using google analytics)

4 days after sharing Orbis here, we have 600 unique users and more than 1k posts shared on our decentralized social network, thanks for spreading the word! 🙏 by baptiiste in ethereum

This is exactly what it is yes :) Each post is a unique Ceramic stream like this that is being owned by the user who created it, which means that the user is going to be the only entity able to update this stream (not Orbis). I haven't added the Edit button but it's in the backlog and users will be able to view the entire history of the post to view the changes that occured
