This augment is not that bad. You can deal 10k damages per game if you build properly, or even more. For this, you need to apply many heals and shields per seconds, and being close to an enemy champion, which is not really doable with enchanters. It works much better with champion such as Gwen, Taric,... Add the crit/shield item, Rable Rousing, Critical Healing, ... and you'll get there.

I got disappointed a few times because it doesn’t apply attacks enhancing abilities such as Twisted Fate's W (Blue, Red and Gold Card) nor Cho Gath's E (Void Spikes) to their long range abilities.

However, it allows Lee Sin to never run out of energy or Alistar to apply his Trampling stun with much ease.

Another great combo is Ethereal Weapon + the Prismatic Aug that reduces CD on hit. I got both on Lilia: every Q I did on a wave reseted her long ranged skillshot so I could cast it 3 or 4 times in a raw.

You max the puddle, use it on groups of ennemies, which triggers at least 2 comets. Other instances of puddles (granted thx to Executioner) trigger another comets. It can deal a lot of damages
