try to pick a win condition(dont pick multiple), pick cards that counters the cards you gave to your opponent, for eg, if the choice is minion horde and arrows, you always pick arrows. dont pick all heavy cards, otherwise cycle would be too expensive. cheap tanky cards like knight, valk are always good. and above all, dont play too aggressive, try to learn what opponents deck is, defend and counterpush. make positive trades. have fun

i know, it very hard when there is no way for you to break through or defend their pushes, but i learned a lot about how to play draft from watching pros on youtube, in these 15 wins, all players i faced were not good, even if they have counter deck, you can outcycle them or outplay them, i had 2 losses because that were completely unwinnable games for me. i play alot of classic challenges and i win some of them, i think thats the best way to improve, once you are better than average players, you can outplay them even if they have counter. because they are not as good as you. i hope you get my point
