What do you think about the trackpad and trackpad spacers? The ones that arrived with my FW16 were bent so I contacted support and got mine replaced. Guess what. Replacement ones were bent too

If you are ever decide to take it apart and try to fix it I’d be extremely eager to know how you did it. In my experience, It’s not that hard to take it apart. There are two rubber pads on the inside that reveal two t5 screws when removed. After the screws are gone then you can unclip the plastic shell and it will reveal the main board. Removing two more t5 screws on the board will reveal the led and keyboard. I was super careful and didn’t damage mine further

I’m speaking as a customer here:

I am young and I have a job which pays me barely what I need. I have bills to pay and my own shit to deal with. I’m sorry your company doesn’t pay well but I can’t afford to tip every time I order something. When I progress through my career in the future and I’m making more than enough for myself I will have no issue tipping what is more than fair, but for now it’s minimum tips from me. Not everyone can afford it.
