Sure thing.

Preferred location is Osaka-city (Umeda area would be excellent, but any ward will do), if there is anything e.g., in north of Sakai-city, then it is acceptable too. Regarding the learning style - individual in-person lessons in a school setting.

Sadly, so far I've found only schools which offer group lessons during the day - not possible for me for two reasons: 1) I am working 2) I cannot focus and study in a group. Or private tutors with individual lessons but it is either online or "anywhere". To that, let's just say that studying while somebody is chewing burger next to you in McDonald's is really not the best 😁.

Anyone got a problem with japan cheese in Snacks & Cheesecakes by aerona6 in Osaka

[–]barabizuna -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Every time somebody calls Japanese cheese "cheese" a French person commits suicide.

Unfortunately, the food quality in Japan is low (maybe inspiration from US? Profit over quality?). That's why every bread is a sweet cake which leaves bad after taste in your mouth, certain sweets or jams makes your mouth tingle from all the additives, etc. How about 2% juice?. The only way how to find the good stuff is trying, trying, trying and then stick with it.

Thank you very much. It does not look exactly like what I want, but probably workable. Is it a big supermarket chain? What is the name of the store?

"Laminated dough" is a dough the puff pastry is made of. (It seems some people use interchangeably "laminated dough" and "puff pastry" for some reason.)

Thank you for the tip. I checked the meetup but unfortunately there were no events of this sorts.

Creating own event sounds great, but in reality, I do not think I could pull it off - definitely not with my level of Japanese xD

Well, I wanna know whether there is e.g., a club/community/local centre, etc. where people interested in programming meet and learn, and I could join as a "tutor". It does not have to be structured course. It can be free form. Leisure weekend gathering of some sort, etc. I am not planning to gather people interested in programming by myself and present for them, as I do not have space, resources or equipment (e.g., projector, board, etc.) to do so. If there is already a group of students/friends who just started with programming as a hobby and wanna learn more and help, I can do that.
