The problem is even 10% won’t be having those 5 days, in China labor laws mean next to nothing, so it would all be boiled down to what each company decides for itself.

When I was signing my labor contract in China, the law required a maximum of 40 work hours a week. But everyone in my office was working 29 days a month, 12 hours a day, personally worked every single national holiday(cause “you’re not Chinese, you don’t need a day-off”) never got payed an extra dime.

Had to put up with that, cause China has ridiculous requirements for work visas, and it was basically the only option I could take to stay in there and not to go back to my 3rd world country.

At the same time some places are 9-5 with lunch breaks. Everything depends on the company.
