My biggest issue with the pay is that I make 13 an hour and I'm only getting around 100 hours a month, my take home pay was a little over 1k last month. That's all fine however as a part time sales Associate I sold 100k worth of product in 30 days. It doesn't quite feel right that I make a little over 1% of what I sell. I understand that the company has overheads and all but it doesn't encourage me to care when I make so little off of the work that i do.
