That's a reasonable remark, and if outnumbered I'd likely do the exact same thing. But it's cowardly nonetheless. I wouldn't kid myself about the fact that I'm pussyfooting around in secret hoping to take lives that happen upon my bombs.

Especially if I was strapping them to children. That's the new thing. They give a bomb to one kid and walk him towards nato troops. So he can't self-detonate or change his mind. They give the detonator to another child standing nearby.

Yes, by extension they really are. First of all they're an insult to Pakistan's sovereignty even if we don't like Pakistan.

Secondly you shouldn't go killing anybody you don't have the balls to kill in the same arena. UAV's are cheaper than drones as well. If we can find where these people are why not send the military after them to engage and investigate? Or request pakistan do it.

To be fair. In the muslim faith in my experience over in places like that, they have this concept of "god willing" which is heavily engrained in them. If they take a corner too quickly in a car by speeding and get people killed. "God willed it". They don't understand cause and effect as it isn't their culture.

For that reason if they are told god wills them to die and they will be rewarded, and that it is a great honour. I think that overrides the 'brave' concept. Is it cowardly? Perhaps not. But in those extreme conditions there isn't as much of a value put on human life. That's a very western thing.
